About the Role

Provide high-acuity cardiac and telemetry care in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU), including rhythm interpretation, medication titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity cardiac and telemetry care, including rhythm interpretation and medication titration.
• Perform close hemodynamic monitoring and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
