Registered Nurse Infusion Oncology Therapy

Join our Infusion team at Gossner Cancer Center located inside Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital, where clinical excellence, compassion, and collaboration come together to create an exceptional patient experience. Our nurses play a critical role in delivering specialized treatments in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by assessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, partnering closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team throughout every phase of the treatment journey.
• Use advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care, incorporating patient education, symptom management, and preparation for ongoing support beyond the infusion setting.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary partners to coordinate complex treatment plans, prioritize care, and ensure safe, timely infusion services in a dynamic outpatient environment.
• Expand your expertise in oncology and infusion therapy within a culture that values mentorship, learning, and professional growth while upholding the highest legal, ethical, and clinical standards of nursing practice.
• Evaluate patient outcomes, adapt care plans as needs evolve, and contribute to an environment focused on clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $35.22 - $53.29

Schedule

8AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday. No weekends, No holidays!
