Nursing Duties
- Care coordination
- Assessment and prioritization of patient needs
- Documentation of IV infusions of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies
- IM and SC injections
- Central line access
- Dressing changes
- Therapeutic phlebotomies
- Patient education
- Patient triage
- Coordination of care through a multi-disciplinary approach
EMR Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of LA required
- ONS/OCN certification preferred
- BLS CPR certification required
Experience
- 3 years of nursing experience in a clinic
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
