Registered Nurse II - Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to adult and pediatric patients
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization of emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Ensure smooth transitions of care and patient safety
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education
• Precept and mentor new staff to promote team development

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
