Role Overview

The position involves providing critical care nursing in multiple acute care hospitals, managing high-alert vasoactive drips, invasive monitoring, complex mechanical ventilation, and life-sustaining equipment such as CRRT, Impella, and IABP. The role requires leading Rapid Response and Code Blue interventions using ACLS/BLS protocols.

Responsibilities

• Titrating vasoactive medications and managing invasive lines
• Overseeing mechanical ventilation, troubleshooting, ABG analysis, and weaning
• Operating life-support equipment for multi-organ failure
• Leading emergency response interventions with expert ACLS/BLS skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse with an accredited diploma
• Valid RN license (state or compact)
• Current BLS and ALS certifications, obtained within specified timeframes
• Minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; preferred experience in CV and Florida locations
