Registered Nurse - ICU - Per Diem Nights

About the role

Provide safe, competent, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment, primarily during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication
• Support open communication with patients and families about care processes

Requirements

• Current Nevada nursing license
• At least one year of critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
