Registered Nurse - ICU - Per Diem Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with hospital policies and standards.
• Construct and implement individualized care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and develop treatment and discharge goals.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs, including pain management and repositioning.
• Support patient and family engagement within the Patient Centered Care model, promoting open communication and a healing environment.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence and professional leadership while supporting the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada nursing license
• At least one year of critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification or obtain within six months of hire
