Registered Nurse, ICU Per Diem

Position Overview

This role is for a part-time ICU Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital environment. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to meet diverse patient and family needs. Key responsibilities include conducting hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and comfort, as well as supporting the healthcare team with professional leadership and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months
