Registered Nurse ICU - Part-Time Nights

About the role

Provide safe, competent nursing care in an ICU setting, emphasizing Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence. Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs
• Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and discharge planning

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current NV nursing license
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Preferred: one year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience
• Handle with Care certification or ability to obtain within six months
