Registered Nurse - ICU, Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions. They support professional nursing practices across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. The RN provides leadership through precepting, team collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives, delegating tasks based on skill, experience, and resource availability. Qualifications include: a baccalaureate nursing degree, preferred one year of RN or LPN experience, and current RN licensure in the relevant state. Excellent communication, teamwork, computer proficiency, and adaptability are essential. BLS certification is required for certain locations, with additional state or specialty certifications as needed.
