Role Overview

This position involves providing independent nursing care in a clinical setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse addresses patients' psychological, emotional, social, and cultural needs, administers medications and treatments, monitors outcomes, and documents all care activities. Additionally, the role includes patient education and delegation of tasks to care team members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Current STABLE and NRP certifications
  • Experience in perinatal or acute care settings preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Attending new nurse orientation
  • Completing onboarding and competency validations
  • Maintaining certifications
