About the Role
Registered Nurse in a specialized hospital setting, providing independent and comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Document patient information accurately
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
- Provide safe, effective nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Coordinate with care teams to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Complete organizational orientation and competency validations
- Maintain annual certifications
- New hires must attend orientation within 30 days
- Experience in critical care preferred but not mandatory for new graduates

- Ability to develop long-term care plans and manage contingencies
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
