Registered Nurse - ICU/IMC - Full Time - Nights

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Operate in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications may be required based on the department, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, or specialty certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold rights.
