Registered Nurse - ICU/IMC - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications And Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials as needed. Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Evaluate and improve care quality provided by team members.
