Registered Nurse ICU - Full-Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Incorporate patient-centered care, addressing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including goals, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs such as pain management and repositioning.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care activities, ensuring comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• Handle with Care certification or obtained within six months of employment.
