About the role
Part-time ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing safe, competent, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing nursing expertise.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, set goals, and plan discharges tailored to each patient and family.
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs like pain management and repositioning.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with current NV license.
- Valid ACLS & BLS certifications.
- Preferred: one year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience.
- Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
