Join our dynamic team at an Acute Care Hospital located in the beautiful city of Mission Viejo, CA. The facility has 488 total staffed beds, uses Epic for charting, provides free parking, and requires Royal Blue scrubs for RN (provided for OR). You may be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Float position with potential assignments across different ICU floors, lower acuity units, and the tele floor.
• Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.
• Open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.
• Floating between like units is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required (first‑time applicants accepted).
• Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.
• No on‑call requirements.
• Pending licenses not accepted.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Schedule

• Block scheduling accommodated at manager's discretion.
• Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend.
• Open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.
