Position Overview
Provide direct nursing care in an ICU setting, monitoring and implementing patient care plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts.
Key Duties
- Deliver evidence-based patient care aligned with policies and protocols
- Monitor patient status and document changes accurately
- Serve as a primary coordinator among care disciplines
- Implement physician and nursing directives
- Assess and facilitate discharge planning with healthcare team members
Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold an active nursing license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Prior ICU experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and float to med-surg units as needed
