Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator Per Diem

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator (HOA) serves as the primary clinical and operational leader during assigned shifts, ensuring hospital-wide oversight of patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: Provide independent judgment to interpret policies, direct clinical activities, resolve complex issues, and allocate resources for safe, high-quality patient care.Act as the central decision-maker for real-time operations, support frontline staff, and coordinate interdepartmental activities.Maintain situational awareness of capacity, acuity, and resource needs to ensure seamless hospital operations. Qualifications & Skills: BSN required; Master’s preferred. Current Illinois RN license, CPR, and ACLS certifications.Minimum three years of nursing experience, with at least two in leadership roles, preferably in critical or high-acuity care.Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
