About the role

As a hospital resource RN, you will be assigned to various units within your scope of competencies. This is a full-time position with benefits and an additional differential for resource pool RNs. Qualified RNs may be eligible for a bonus of up to $20,000.

This role involves assessing and admitting patients, conducting rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and overseeing the overall care of your patients. Teamwork is a cornerstone of this position, ensuring the best possible care for patients.

Requirements

• RN degree
• At least 18 months of recent hospital-based bedside Registered Nurse experience in Med/Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED
• Valid RN license to practice in Virginia

Pay

Additional differential for resource pool RNs. Up to $20,000 bonus for qualified RNs.
