Location: Oshkosh, WI

Department: Float Pool

Schedule: Part‑time nights – two 12‑hour shifts per week, 7 pm to 7:30 am; every third weekend; every other holiday; self‑scheduling.

How you’ll make an impact

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credentialed by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing (or current home‑state license if multi‑state/compact) obtained prior to hire.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).

Additional Preferences

• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
