Registered Nurse - Hospice RN (Full Time)

Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse position with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

About the role

Provide hospice nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, serving Springfield, MO and surrounding counties. Reduce stress and burnout while delivering one-on-one direct care.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call shifts after hours and/or weekends.

Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous hospice experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
