Registered Nurse - Hospice - Night Shift

About the Role

Registered Nurse in a hospice inpatient unit, responsible for delivering and evaluating patient care plans, ensuring quality and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and re-evaluate at least every 15 days
• Initiate and coordinate individualized care plans with accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in the practice state
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit

Qualifications

Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
