Registered Nurse Home Health PRN
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) with Homecare is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in the home setting for adult and pediatric patients and their families. The RN provides clinical care in compliance with hospice/home health policies and regulations, utilizing the nursing process and coordinating care with other health team members.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions based on the nursing process
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Provide patient and family education on various health topics
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to healthcare providers
- Utilize technology and evidence-based practices in patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Manual dexterity for handling medical equipment
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $35.22 - $53.29, with actual rates dependent on experience.
Schedule
This position is PRN (Per Request Notified), meaning availability is determined by patient needs.
