Registered Nurse - Home Health

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process. The RN assesses patient needs, evaluates care effectiveness, and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. They uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to professional standards in line with organizational values. Responsibilities: Provide skilled in-home care to patients of all ages across multiple counties. Manage patient recovery and independence through autonomous and flexible scheduling, including weekday hours and rotating weekends and call duties. Qualifications: Must graduate from an accredited nursing school, hold a current state license, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain CPR certification.
