About the Role

Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and coordinate patient care. Uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards. Provide skilled, in-home care across diverse patient populations in specified regions. Manage a flexible schedule with autonomy, including rotating weekend and call duties.

Requirements
