About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, high-tech nursing care for patients with complex medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes
- Administer medications
- Perform skilled nursing procedures
- Support and educate families
- Assist with physical therapy and daily activities
- Work independently while collaborating with a care team
Requirements
- Current RN license in Vermont or eligibility
- Preferred experience in home health, hospice, or high-tech nursing
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
