Registered Nurse (Home Health)

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; initiating and adjusting care plans; administering medications and treatments; monitoring patient condition; and providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning. Qualifications: valid RN license for the state; current PPD or Chest X-Ray; BLS certification; and at least one year of RN experience. Key skills: clinical assessment, medication management, patient communication, documentation, and adaptability to changing patient needs.
