Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and maintaining professional accountability. They evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled, in-home nursing care to patients of all ages across multiple counties.Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain documentation, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Current state licensure and valid driver’s license.CPR certification.Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
