About the Role

A part-time registered nurse is sought to oversee clinical services for a home health care provider in Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all patient care is delivered by qualified staff in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Verify adherence to company policies and procedures by service providers.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Owner to recruit, supervise, and evaluate caregivers.
• Maintain on-call availability for clinical questions during and after business hours.
• Support new business initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in NJ with home care and management experience within the last five years.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and company policies.
