Registered Nurse - Home Health

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered home healthcare, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote independence and improve quality of life. Responsibilities: Manage patient care autonomously, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, utilize technology and evidence-based practices, and develop skills in wound care, medication administration, IV monitoring, and patient education. Deliver compassionate support in patients’ homes, fostering healing and comfort. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Effective communication skills are essential. Preferred Experience: One year of RN experience in acute care, home health, or hospice settings. Key Duties: Read and assess patient needs, operate medical equipment, document care accurately, assist with patient mobility, and safely transport supplies.
