Registered Nurse - Home Health

The role involves providing private duty nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include initiating and adjusting care plans, administering medications and treatments, responding to changes in patient conditions, and coordinating care, education, and discharge planning. The ideal candidate must hold a valid RN license for the practicing state, current health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Preference is given to those with at least one year of RN experience. Key skills include clinical assessment, patient advocacy, effective communication, and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.
