Registered Nurse, Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities serving adult and geriatric clients across Atlantic County.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Maintain and report on clients' conditions
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Conduct client assessments as needed
• Manage and coordinate client care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience is preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, including proficiency with EMRs

Pay

Base Pay, depending on qualifications, status, and negotiation: $54.00 - $64.00 per point ($84,240 - $99,840 annual earning potential)
