Registered Nurse- Home Care

Overview

Sentara Health is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse for Sentara Home Care Services in Williamsburg, VA. This part‑time, days‑only position involves travel within a 40‑mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations.
• Manage a patient caseload through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
• Apply clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (required).
• Active RN license in Virginia (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (required).
• Previous home care/hospice experience (preferred).

Pay

The base pay range for full‑time employment is $87,214.40 – $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
