Registered Nurse - Home Care

About the Role

Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high-acuity needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent children. Build consistent relationships with patients and families, utilizing clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment. Offer skilled nursing care with support from respiratory therapists and a team focused on safety and success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to care plans and physician orders.
• Follow CDC safety guidelines and maintain safety through PPE and ongoing training.
• Utilize an employee portal for scheduling, communication, and rewards.

Requirements

• Valid NJ RN license or multistate license.
• Recent physical exam and TB testing.
• BLS CPR card.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.
