Registered Nurse (Home Care)

About the role

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home, monitoring patient condition, administering treatments and medications, and educating patients and families. Work closely with care teams to respond to changes and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience
