Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care and treatments
- Lead patient assessments
- Develop tailored care plans
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Serve as a resource for staff, supporting with complex patient needs and inquiries
- Celebrate patient victories and milestones
Qualifications
- Valid RN license as per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus
