About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide personalized, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care, lead patient assessments, and develop tailored care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Support fellow staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
