Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety
- Contribute to quality care initiatives
- Support new healthcare professionals through precepting and ongoing education
- Engage in teamwork and evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Valid RN license
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
