About the Role

The Staff Registered Nurse: Ambulatory assumes the responsibility for the plan of care and has the authority to make decisions. The registered nurse facilitates the coordination of care across the continuum and demonstrates safe practice within the domains of clinical judgment and decision making, professional relationships, clinical leadership, and clinical scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care
• Coordination of care across the continuum

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 1 year of related In-Patient or Ambulatory Nursing in an acute setting
• Hematology Oncology Experience Strongly Preferred

• Demonstrates the necessary clinical skills and technical knowledge to provide care for patients according to Nursing Policy and Procedures
• Demonstrates the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to provide care for patients according to the clinic specific competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay

$37.00 - $95.37 per hour
