Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and examination rooms, taking initial medical history for the chart and vital signs.
• Assists physician in special procedures, including minor surgery as required.
• Receives and handles phone calls as directed by the physician.
• Accountable for professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law.
• Performs other duties relating to the business operation of the medical practice as assigned by the physician(s) or practice office manager.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• ADN (or equivalent experience) required; BSN preferred.
• Must be ACLS and CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and teaming skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience.
• Epic training or knowledge experience.
