Seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the Cardiac Pavilion.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process in patient care delivery
- Evaluate effectiveness of care and coordinate with departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with organizational standards
- Deliver compassionate care and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of RN experience (preferred)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
