Seeking a Clinical Nurse for a General Medicine Unit in a leading hospital environment. Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.Maintain a safety-sensitive approach, working alertly and safely at all times.
