Join a dynamic 18-bed Med/Surg unit as a Clinical Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within established standards
• Promoting patient and family-centered care
• Educating patients on illness management and post-treatment needs
• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans
• Using critical thinking to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural factors

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required
• RN license essential
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience
• No supervisory experience necessary
