About the Role

Join a dynamic emergency nursing team as part of a float pool, providing expert, compassionate care across multiple healthcare facilities. This role involves delivering comprehensive emergency care, including assessment, intervention, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to work in various fast-paced ED settings and respond effectively to critical situations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered emergency nursing care
• Respond to codes and critical situations
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure accurate documentation in line with standards
• Maintain safety and quality in all care activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years recent ED RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
