Registered Nurse - Full-Time Weekend Days

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized resident care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
  • Cares for residents across all care phases—preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, provides education, and delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective nursing practices.
  • May serve as charge nurse, supporting team members and addressing care concerns.
  • Adheres to nursing standards and ethical guidelines outlined by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation from a recognized nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure under NLC.
  • Maintains required competencies and certifications.
  • Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing knowledge, practicing within legal and professional standards.
