About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, individualized care to residents in a senior housing facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate resident care.
- Oversee health maintenance, preventive, diagnostic, and treatment procedures.
- May serve as charge nurse.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and quality care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized nursing program.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- Active RN license.
- Maintain required competencies and certifications.
- Work within the scope of nursing practice outlined by state regulations and professional standards.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
