About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg unit, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality according to standards
- Ensure professional accountability and adherence to mission, values, and service standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Completion of required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) and hospital competencies within designated timeframes
