Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide safe, competent patient care in a busy hospital setting. The nurse will lead and support healthcare team members, ensuring patient-centered care aligns with facility policies and standards. Demonstrating Service Excellence and professionalism is essential. The role involves supervising staff, overseeing nursing practices, and fostering positive patient outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with policies and standards Provide leadership and support to healthcare team members Oversee and guide staff under supervision Uphold Service Excellence standards in all interactions Promote patient safety and satisfaction Support continuous improvement and adherence to best practices Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred Current RN license in the state One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months Certifications: BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonatal) as required Ability to pass pre-employment assessments Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
