About the role
We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care across various hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Manage cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmias
- Participate in bedside reports using IMAP & SBAR
- Collaborate with physicians on patient condition changes
- Float to all units as required
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust care accordingly
Qualifications
- Current NV nursing license
- BLS & ACLS certification
- PALS certification within six months
- At least two years of critical care experience in ED, ICU, or PACU
